Christie Cochrell
Christie Cochrell’s work has been published by The Plentitudes, Catamaran, The Saturday Evening Post, Tin House, and a variety of others, receiving several awards and Pushcart nominations. Chosen as New Mexico Young Poet of the Year while growing up in Santa Fe, she now lives on the northern California coast in Santa Cruz, the unceded ancestral homeland of the Awaswas-speaking Uypi Tribe, and has recently published a volume of collected poems, Contagious Magic. She’s traveled extensively, and is immensely grateful for the sensory riches and cherished words she’s gathered everywhere along the way.
